What We Frame
Whether you're reconfiguring a floor plan or building an addition, our framing work meets local building codes and passes inspection.
Interior Walls & Room Divisions
We frame interior partitions, closet walls, and room divisions — including sound-dampened assemblies for bedrooms and home offices. Openings are headered correctly for doors and windows, and plumbing walls are framed to accommodate rough-ins.
Additions, Ceilings & Structural Work
Room additions, cathedral ceilings, soffits, bulkheads, and load-bearing modifications are framed to spec. Structural work — beam installations and wall removals — is coordinated with engineering requirements so everything above and below stays supported.
Basement Framing
Basements have their own rules: moisture considerations, code-required clearances, and offsets around ducts and beams. We frame basement walls, bulkheads, and rooms with proper treatment against concrete and straight, plumb walls ready for insulation and drywall.
