Fan & Faucet Installation

Proper installation of fans and faucets ensures they work reliably and last longer. BZ Renovation installs ceiling fans, exhaust fans, bathroom faucets, and kitchen faucets — with correct wiring, plumbing connections, and sealing.

Fan Installation

Our team handles electrical wiring, mounting, and balancing to ensure safe, quiet, and efficient operation.

Ceiling Fans

We install and replace ceiling fans with proper electrical boxes rated for fan weight and movement. Fans are balanced to eliminate wobble, switches and remotes are configured, and where no fixture exists we run new wiring and mount a fan-rated box securely.

Bathroom & Kitchen Exhaust Fans

Exhaust fans control humidity and prevent mould — critical in Canadian winters when windows stay closed. We install bathroom exhaust and kitchen range hood fans, duct them properly to the exterior (never into the attic), and set up timers and humidity sensors so they run when needed.

Faucet Installation

We work with all major faucet brands and styles, with connections that don't leak.

Kitchen & Bathroom Faucets

We install kitchen faucets, bathroom vanity faucets, pull-down and touchless models, and utility faucets. Supply lines are connected with fresh seals, mounting hardware is secured, and everything is tested under pressure for leaks before we leave.

Related Fixture Upgrades

While we're there, we can swap showerheads, install toiletry and towel fixtures, replace shut-off valves that have seized, and re-caulk sink edges. Small upgrades during one visit save you multiple service calls later.
